Who is Chef Ricardo?
Chef Ricardo Allen started his culinary journey in Jamaica at just 16, working his way up from fry shops to culinary school and eventually becoming one of the island's most celebrated chefs.
Known for his modern Jamaican-French fusion, he's cooked for a lineup that includes King Charles, Jay-Z, Sean Paul, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Shaggy and more.
Now, he's bringing that same spirit to Dashi Skypool with Ricardo's Chop & Jerk. Stay tuned.
