Chef Alex Craciun, is leading his team of experts at Ensō Steakhouse. Chef Alex's culinary journey includes stints at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze in London and perfecting his skills at three-Michelin-starred  Kikunoi under Chef Yoshihiro Murata in Kyoto and RyuGin under Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. In 2011, Chef Alex Craciun made a pivotal decision to further his journey by training at Noma (Best restaurant in the world for four years/50 Best) in Copenhagen under the direction of Rene Redzepi.

Chef Alex Craciun is a highly acclaimed culinary talent known for his innovative approach to modern European and Asian cuisine. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and a protégé of renowned chefs such as Jason Atherton and gordon Ramsey, Alex honed his craft at some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, including a pivotal role as head chef at London’s acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Sosharu. His deep understanding of ingredients and dedication to precision have earned him a reputation for creating dishes that seamlessly blend tradition with modernity.
