Chef Alex Craciun, is leading his team of experts at Ensō Steakhouse, Singapore best rooftop dining. Chef Alex's culinary journey includes stints at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze in London and perfecting his skills at three-Michelin-starred  Kikunoi under Chef Yoshihiro Murata in Kyoto and RyuGin under Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. In 2011, Chef Alex Craciun made a pivotal decision to further his journey by training at Noma (Best restaurant in the world for four years/50 Best) in Copenhagen under the direction of Rene Redzepi.

Chef Alex Craciun, Le Cordon Bleu-trained and a protégé of Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton, brings world-class experience to Singapore. Former head chef at London’s Michelin-acclaimed Sosharu, Alex is known for his bold flavours and refined techniques that blend modern European and Asian influences.
